A brief overview of Designer Decks:

Designer Decks is a family owned business, and the company is run by two brothers: Peter & Michael. Designer Decks was founded in 2008 by Peter Van Niekerk. After many years prior in the timber decking trade and industry, Peter identified an important 'gap' in the market: the lack of quality and outstanding service in the industry. And so Designer Decks was born. Peter had to endure many sleepless nights guiding his budding company through tough economic conditions, but has since been able to build it into the thriving business it is today. Designer Decks has a strict no sub-contractor policy, as in our experience, sub-contractors are unable to produce the level of quality that we require. All our staff are permanent, well trained, experienced, and take pride in their work.
